Hi team, great to see the update alert and "track" features go live.

can we add a section to the app that shows the apps that require updating once the push message is out?

There is app tracking feature already, you are still not satisfied?

Its not about not being happy with it. Having a badged icon similar to the Apple Store where it shows the updates available it makes so much easier to get them if we cant instantly access the app to update once getting notified (also need to do multiple searches). If we can see 4 are available to update and can just click on the "updates" section and then update them when convenient.

Guys this is coming in an update soon, it has always been the plan to have an updates section.

It will list all apps that are available for update so you don't have to search.

It will also include a badge on the app corresponding to the amount of updates available.

The idea behind the Track This App is so that you get the push notification, be the app installed or not.

Once the updates feature is done you can still use the Track This App feature in conjunction with it.

Also with the recent introduction of OS X Apps this feature could be really handy to get updates on new versions!

I see this is mostly implanted now (minus notification badges) so many thanks for that.

Just to add to the badging of the icon.. Can you also have a swipe gesture to ignore apps where updates that are out (correctly or incorrectly) aren't wanted? This will remove the erroneous update notice)

This, please. Sometimes, those badges get really annoying. It would be nice to be able to remove or ignore them, in the future.

An example of having this feature implemented is happening right now.. the ridiculous fishing app is updated to 1.0.1 however a cracker has uploaded it as "1.01" so it appears as an update.. id love to be able to swipe right to left and hit "ignore" to get rid of it!

:)

There's a new feature released today on the tab "Updates". It will search and show you updates available for your apps (even if you're not already tracking them through App Addict), without the pesky badges.

But still cant ignore or skip updates I either dont want (incorrect version numbering) or there are new anti crack measures in newer versions.
