2nd account same email, no one has fixed my problem

I purchased both isigncloud for 11.99 and premium add on for 15.99 on my iPhone ,'my iPad is registered and when I did it for that it only took 2 minutes. Why is this taking so long both transactions were successful, it's been 3 days. Only my iPads registration is showing up on status checker (both status checkers), not my iPhone. I've been waiting for a while now and nothing. I double checked my UDID and everything was input corectly Is my problem due to the fact I used the same email as my prior purchase... ??

To simplify
iPad : normal registration successful
1 week later, IPhone premium registration and udid NON SUCESFUL
Status checker is showing my iPad udid and not my iPhone udid
Both under the same email, help me
