Hello!

Today we introduced limit to Free content upload. From now, if you need to upload Free content, you must to have the same amount of Paid content already uploaded.

There are no limitations for uploading of Paid content. You still can, for example, upload paid books and free apps.

YAY

At last this was long overdue, may i also suggest that we could make default view only show paid apps unless user specifies to see free apps also???

Thoughts please on this?

Idk if this is good or not, sure it will reduce the number of free apps that a user is able to submit, but some people use AA instead of the apple appstore.

all suggestions here are good, but the first one from Freddy is the best, AA get more FREE Apps than PAID, and i think most of the AA-Users search for cracked ones that cost sum' ;)

This is a good idea Freddy nice one, may i also suggest something.

In order to become a verified cracker, say 20 of the 50 apps must be paid apps?

I notice there is a lot of people just cracking random free apps in order to get verified.

What I find kinda bad about this is that some Crackers tend to crack a Paid app gone free (meaning its considered as a Free App) So that restricts them from cracking another (Assuming they hit the Paid & Free App Ratio) till the price increases (making it a Paid App)

Thats nice but i do agree with kakarot as this was what i have been doing for past few days.
Now uploading a unique paid app will be difficult for me in a sense"how to find a paid app that is was not already uploaded". Of course i don't want to spend money on an app that was already uploaded by someone. I am saying this because i shall be purchasing that purely for app addict community...

I would suggest to make this limitation a bit more flexible like if they have 100 paid apps, they will be able to upload 150 free apps, and this increase based on paid apps. basically:

50/50, 100/150, 200/300, or better combination if you have.

I guess yes, if they're not counting, we should let users submit them

And suddenly I realize that the convenince of uploading/submitting apps on the go through CrackAddict is no longer usefull.

So basically, from now and on I will no longer submit any apps through CrackAddict, not because I don't want to, but because I no longer can.

I have a 16GB iDevice, so I clearly can't keep those paid apps gone free on it until they become paid again, as I need the space for more paid apps gone free.

One good thing I can see from all of this, that I am no longer going upload my apps to iFilez.

I believe Freedy was good to us all and sorted this yesterday when I pointed it out to him that free apps will stay un-updated for ages until you have the correct quota of paid apps and that, unfortunately, some of us can't afford paid apps as much as others.

It is also worth noteing, is that the app store is not available in EVERY country across the world and some apps are not available in some stores but are in others, so I feel we do need to concider those less fortunate here, even when it comes to getting free apps :)
